John Egan's 1 and John Egan's 2

I learned both tunes during the mid 1980s from piper Nollaig MacCartaigh. He told me they were associated with flute player John Egan and the old Dublin Piper's Club. Sean Potts recorded them with Bakerswell as Frehan's and The Mouse in the Cupboard.

Kitty learned the second tune from Tommy McCarthy as Scatter the Mud and, seemingly unaware of anybody else playing the tunes together, teamed it up with the first tune which she learned from Ennistymon concertina player Joe McCaw.
